📦 How does shipping work?

Australia-wide, tracked delivery.
✅ Free standard shipping on orders over $100
✅ Standard shipping: $11
✅ Express shipping: $15
We pack orders within 1–2 business days. Tracking info sent straight to you!

💥 What if something arrives damaged?

We check every order carefully, but if it’s damaged in transit:
✅ Film yourself unboxing the parcel (this is required).
✅ No unboxing video = no resolution.
If approved, you’ll get store credit of equivalent value for your next order, plus free shipping for that replacement.
